Apple & Banana Oatmeal Muffins

img_12652 2Hello everyone, I am sharing a new recipe today  apple and banana oatmeal muffins. They are absolutely delectable, crunchy on the outside and moist within. Particularity healthy and low in fat, you can prepare them for breakfast, snack or dessert. I walked four blocks and chased a bus to pick up the ingredients, but the muffins were definitely worth it. Spring is officially here, my dear readers! How are y’all holding up? Ironically, this new season greeted me with endless downpour and a sky full of clouds — not at all what I had expected. The horrendous weather foreshadowed the doom of my spring break, that it would result in a soggy, uneventful mess. Luckily, my disappointment was short lived.
